Our supply of soap dies in Usa, the set of dies for Binacchi 2800 R/L stamper is composed of 2 lower and 2 upper half dies with six cavities with air ejectors, the material of the molds is copper alloy with anti-corrosion and non-stick Niflon treatment, the holding plates are in brass with nickel treatment.
Dies and holding plates are rectified for greater precision, this set of dies for Binacchi 2800 stamper due to the patented system does not require finishing trimmer.
To complete the set in agreement with the customer, we have supplied specific stainless steel eye plates, original equipment suction cups and in addition, as spare parts, additional suction cups, ejector locking nuts, o-rings.
