Soap dies supplier in Thailand
Our supply of soap dies in Thailand for 70g soap on SAS Stampex 3+ stamper.
The set is composed of : one upper and one lower half die set with four cavities made in copper alloy that guarantees cooling properties thanks to the excellent thermal conductivity and the non-stick and anti-wear Nilfon treatment, upper and lower holding plates made in ground stainless steel for perfect flatness, trimmer in stainless steel material, specific suction cups for soap charge and discharge, dowel pins, connectors for the cooling channels, air ejectors control to allow a minimum soap scraps and extrusion eye plate calculated in size and shape for the soap to be produced.
