Soap die supplier in Indonesia- photo and details of Indonesia mold set
Supply of a die set and accessories to our customer in Indonesia.
We provided a soap die set designed in accordance with customer specifications and consisting of a set for Binacchi USN-400 double line stamping machine, in detail:
2 reciprocating half-dies with 4 cavities in copper alloy material for soap of 85g with anti-adhesion and anti-wear Niflon treatment complete with holding plates in rectified brass and nickel-plated, 4 rotating half-dies also made of copper and Niflon treatment with realtive holding plates in rectified brass and nickel-plated, 2 trimmer plates in brass material with Niflon treatment.
To complete the supply : additional suction cups of our production for the soap discharge, dowel pins, connector for air and cooling systems, O-rings and locking nuts for the additional inserts.
We supply our soap die sets based on customer specifications in the provinces of Aceh, Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, Bengkulu, Lampung, Jakarta, Java, Yogyakarta, Banten, Bali, Kalimantan, Papua and others.
Each set , in order to ensure its correct functioning before shipment, is tested for the sealing of cooling circuits and carried out a soap stamping test to verify the correct weight.
