Industrial soap dies - Mazzoni LB stamper
Four cavity die-set with accessories for Mazzoni Stuf/Q stamper manufactured according to our Customer specifications, to produce banded soaps of 120 g.
The die-set is consisting of: one die-box made of a special material resin/fiber with a turned stainless steel central flange completely machined with a CNC machinery to achieve a perfect balance and centering in the rotating phase, dies in copper alloy with niflon coating treatment fixed on stainless steel holding plates which have been rectified, stainless steel discharge pusher support, stainless steel infeed pusher support, trimmer and trimmer support.
The equipment is supplied also with an extrusion plate for plodder, connectors for air and water circuit and a centering device for trimmer. |
