Desmet Ballestra soap Dies - stamper type STUR-8N SUPER
Supply of die-set for the production of 59g soap made on specific Desmet Ballestra (Mazzoni LB) stamper type STUR-8N SUPER
The two upper and lower half-dies have 9 cavities to ensure high hourly production, the two half-dies are equipped with air ejectors with a custom-made logo*,
the material of the molds is copper alloy for greater heat exchange efficiency with the cooling channels, afterwards a NIFLON treatment is performed to
increase its resistance to wear and improve its non-stick properties.
The die holding plates are made in Alluminium and at the end of the processing they are rectified in order to guarantee perfect parallelism, then they are
subjected to an oxidation treatment to increase rigidity and resistance, they are complete with gaskets, connectors and st. steel mounting screws.
The trimmer for removing scraps and soap smudges is made of a particular high-adherence plastic resin equipped with a blowing circuit to eliminate soap
bubbles.
The set is completed by the stainless steel eye plate and the specific suction cups.
