Die-set for USN 2300 Binacchi stamper to produce 180 g banded soaps.


The die-set includes: one lower and one upper half die in copper material with niflon coating treatment for a greater wear resistance and to facilitate the detachment of the soap, one lower and one upper holding plate in rectified aluminum and with a special treatment, and specific discharge suction cups, the particularity of the lower half die is the air ejector with sharp corner.
The trimmer is not necessary for this kind of dies (Binacchi & Co. worldwide patent).
