Soap die in brass material
Supply complete of accessories for a brass soap die for S.A.S Condor stamper with two cavity for the production of a 100g soap.
For the brass dies of our production we only use high-quality material , the brass is the standard choice for the production of our dies because it has good heat exchange characteristics useful for good cooling, also is less expensive than copper or bronze alloy; also these materials are available among the options for our die production line.
The brass dies made by us can be supplied with our exclusive Niflon treatment that perfectly covers the surface of the half dies making them more resistant to use and increasing the non-stick properties by changing the color to bright gray.
The set is composed of four rotating and one reciprocating dies in brass, rectified stainless steel holding plates, high.-strength resin trimmer , suction cup support, suction cups for charge and discharge, gaskets and connectors for the cooling channel.
